Assuming applying to the type and amount of schools according to WARS (not inflating or deflating your score), what's the average number of II's one should expect?

My WARS is about 95-105. N=1 but I have 23 II’s. WARS does not account for well written essays that don’t sound arrogant or naive which IMO is incredibly important.

Does WARS account for URM status?

Yes, it does. And Some things in WARS are a little disproportionate IMHO. My WARS is a 92, but if I were URM it would be 99, and if I went to a top undergrad as well as URM, it would be 105. The maximum WARS is 121z
