There are generally groups of waves of interviews. Depending on your submission date, order of reading or internal ranking its possible your app got shuffled to the back of the pack.
Regardless, I wouldn't worry. You got interview(s), plural, well before Thanksgiving. That suggests to me you're a strong applicant. Now it's a matter of converting those IIs to As.

No. I have had roughly 100+ interviews with med school admissions directors. Not one said they stopped sending out invitation in Nov. Most say they continue sending out invitations through January or February and a few said they send them out into March.
Don't worry. As @Goro said, stay busy. And if there are any experiential weaknesses in your profile, spend time improving that so that if you are invited to interview again and are asked, "What have you been doing since you applied?" you can say "I've been busy doing X,Y, Z. "
