Hello friends,

I am an FMG from India who is doing residency outside illinois. I have a few questions about IL permanent license application:

• Since I am using FCVS, am I required to send copies of medical school transcripts with my application. Also what should I do about proof of pre-medical education. I started medical college after 12th standard.

• what are we supposed to write about Description of duties performed during residency on VE-PC form(verification of employment)

Any advice will be highly appreciated.
