ok so i tried to do some research before posting what i found:
seems the tic tac toe method is best if you can get it done fast \
what i still need to know:
people have said when you walk in and during the "briefing" which ill probably be having a heart attack, that you can write down some grids then? so that is not cheating you can write whatever you want on ur laminated sheet (sheets?S!!) before the test begins?]
also im just unclear about the rules: after 1/4 initial folds it says you can rotate the paper 90x ammount of degrees (x = 0,1,2,3) so generate more. After that intial rotation can the paper be rotated more after each sucessvive punch?
