Illinois dental license for international dentist

Hello, I'm an international dentist. I'm doing a one year GPR program, and I want to work in Virginia for a couple of years, and then transfer to Illinois. However, I don't know much about the rules in Illinois. Would they accept my license by endorsement? How many years do I have to work in Virginia to be able to transfer my license to Illinois?
