You could take advantage of AACOMAS' grade forgiveness policy and retake classes you got the worst grades in for a more rapid GPA improvement. Or you could complete the prerequisites with great grades, get a strong MCAT score, and apply to DO schools/US and Carribe MD schools. Or you can complete the prerequisites, get a strong MCAT score and apply to SMPs, (Special Masters Programs) which would give you the best chance of getting into an MD school in the US if you get a 3.5+ GPA when competing with current med students in a paid audition.
