You could take advantage of AACOMAS' grade forgiveness policy and retake classes you got the worst grades in for a more rapid GPA improvement. Or you could complete the prerequisites with great grades, get a strong MCAT score, and apply to DO schools/US and Carribe MD schools. Or you can complete the prerequisites, get a strong MCAT score and apply to SMPs, (Special Masters Programs) which would give you the best chance of getting into an MD school in the US if you get a 3.5+ GPA when competing with current med students in a paid audition. With a 3.2 cGPA including excellent postbac grades with a near-perfect cGPA (and thus a high BCPM GPA, MCAT of 36+, with good ECs and LORs (and interview skills), I think you'd have a respectable chance at getting into a US MD school without an SMP.

You don't need to sign up for a formal postbac program. Rather, you can do-it-yourself by taking the prerequisite coursework at a local state school if it's cheaper.
