Just scored a great job for the summer as a medical records assistant. Hoping to get a letter of recommendation IF i do a really outstanding job. But I'm pretty much unaware of how the AADSAS system works. How do you submit reference letters? And how would I go about asking for one by the end of the summer if I'm not planning on applying til NEXT summer.

Canadian Applicant at top tier uni, LOTS of EC with science leadership, 50 job shadowing (but will bring up to 200 with general dentist), GPA 3.5, DAT AA 20 (SNS 20, PAT 21, RC 21), 600 research hours (no publications), TA experience (planning on getting science prof letters there in the future), going to be applying to only US private schools.
