IM at Cornell vs Penn

I am applying for IM residency and I am having trouble as what program I should put as my first choice : Cornell vs Penn. Can someone offer their thoughts to the pros and cons of each?

What was your impression of Cornell? I had an off-day interview there so didn't get as much of a sense of the program as I would have liked.
