I've looked and the spots for the location I want are all closed up. Should I keep trying or just sign up for the June date and forget it (and have my scores come in super later 🙁 )?
If you can afford the $70 change fee I would go ahead and sign up for the June date and then keep checking for availability in May. You'll probably find slots opening up as it gets closer to the change/cancellation deadlines for those exam dates, but it's still a good idea to have a June seat secured just in case.
So it is possible? Up till when should I just give up checking?
Also for some reason the test center that at first said No Seats Available just doesn't show up for those dates when I check now. Maybe it's just some error they're having today but it's making it difficult.

I believe the change/cancellation deadline is two weeks before the exam date so I would keep checking until then. When I was trying to change my MCAT date a spot didn't open up until three weeks before the test date I wanted.
As for the testing center not showing up, that's how it always was for me during registration - the centers didn't appear unless they had seats available. You just have to wait for the test site to show up on the list again.
OP I signed up for July 6th a month ago, and just check for dates in June/May every 2 days. A spot opened in May about 2 weeks ago and I snatched it up. The $70 change fee eats away at me every day, but oh well.
