Yes I need my former professor/advisor to email Georgia PCOM and state that he was more than just a professor but an advisor also since my school (UW Madison) did not have a pre-medical committee. So advice for LOR, get your profs to state they were your advisor if you do not have a committee. AND now my boyfriends parents don't want me to go into medicine but PA school so I am frustrated! Hopefully after the holidays people will start to email me back.

I wouldn't concern yourself too much with what your boyfriend's parents want. It is your life and your decision. Do what makes you happy, and then worry about the other stuff.

some frustrations from the applicants for this cycle about the holiday break. I know I hate it, though I do understand it. If you aren't feeling this two weeks of dead silence, vent your frustrations here!

I feel your pain buddy! I have a pretty simple, but important/deadline sensitive question, and have to wait until the end of 'break' to get it worked out!

Ugh, I hate the break. I feel ya' JP. I'm thankful that I have some interviews coming up that have helped to take some of the stress out of waiting, but the silence is killing me.

Good luck with your deadline, I imagine its not only time sensitive but bank sensitive as well. I hate it when we get saddled with those decisions, but by the same token, it is a nice problem to have or at least it is better than the alternative.
