I have a few questions and anything you can answer would help me a lot!

1. If a person with low grades their first two years applied after their third, would this send a bad impression (not showing improved senior grades)?
2. How do you build relationships with people at volunteering gigs? I never see the staff and kind of do my own thing, so it's pretty hard to find someone who would be willing to write a LOR.
3. Should I switch my major (Biology) to something else and take pre-reqs elsewhere in the summer or would this send red flags? Although part of it is to improve GPA, a small part of it is financial.
4. General time management help? I swear my freshman year it seemed like I didn't even have time for science classes (no ECs that year either).

1. I think the problem is less about making a bad impression but whether your cGPA and sGPA are even competitive enough to apply with 2 years of low grades
2. With any kind of volunteering, usually if you take initiative and go above and beyond in your role, someone may notice your efforts
3. It might. If you're taking pre-reqs not at your home institution but rather a CC then it might come off as if you're trying to inflate your GPA.
4. Use a calender and organize everything you need to do on there (I like google calender). Set dedicated studying periods each day for a couple of hours with small 5-10 minute breaks each hour. Make sure to make time for leisure activities, so that you don't get stressed out
