images and other media on Step III ?

In doing Uworld, I noticed there aren't any images or other media in the Qbank. Is this the case on the real exam, no images?

There were two or three pictures on my exam but the majority of questions did not have images.

Very minimal and to be honest, what was there was a gift. Actually, I had to take a break because, no lie, I had an Xray of a very large sex toy in someones pelvis (clearly the rectum). I was not expecting anything like that from the question stem and was really taken by surprise. The question was a diagnosis question and I am assuming it had a 99.9% correct response rate 🙂

I had a few pediatric rashes. Had the same image on day 1 and 2 with different question for it
