IMG friendly programmes??

HI!
I'm an IMG whose score on step 1 is pretty abyssmal..198=81
I keep hearing of all these fanc cuper competitive programmes which i know are not in my league..could anyone kindly give some suggestions to some reasonably good but not as competitive neuro programmes? IMG friendly programmes of course..Location doesn't matter..I just want to get matched..been very discouraged..sigh...
