IMLC process?

Has anyone applied for licensure through the IMLC? If so, what has been your experience? For instance, how long after submitting the initial IMLC application did the SPL state send you info to do the background check? How long after submitting the background check did you get the certificate?

Update: Applied to IMLC April 1. Background check request came 2 weeks later. IMLC certificate came the next week. New state license came end of last week. Total time was about 3 weeks!
