So I ran into this problem that I have taken my HBV series but I had to get a titer for VSAS/AAMC. My titer was negative and so I received a booster.

You are supposed to get a titer re-check 4-6 weeks after the booster. The problem is VSAS spots are filling up quickly and I would want to apply ASAP. I am wondering I can apply with my progress up until this point or would that result in an automatic rejection?

The reason I ask, is most of the ones I am applying to start in July or after. So by then, I would have received my boosters/titers etc.

So I should be immunized before I start a rotation anyways.

Apply now with current status. As long as you submitted an immunization form it's not going to be an auto-rejection. Many programs have time-sensitive immunization requirements they know you'll have to do post acceptance in order to do the away (e.g. PPDs)
