Does anyone else have to get like $300 worth of immunizations, test and titers done for pharmacy school? I needed to submit proof of vaccination for: measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and tetanus/diphtheria. Then I needed to get a Tb test, then I needed to submit blood for QUANTITATIVE titers for all of the above immunzations (except tetanus) with the actual lab numbers and copies of the lab reports attached. Of course my tetanus was 1 year too old, so I needed that one, then I needed a Tb test, then I needed the titers drawn, then I was good on only 5/6 of the titers so I needed a booster for measles (just an MMR) and now I have to wait 6 weeks and get another quantitative titer drawn for measles. Those who talk about schools wanting a DNA sample are on the right track. Anyone else have the pleasure of going through this? Good thing that I already had my Hep B, or I would be in for a world of pokes...
