When I was studying for pathology boards I liked videos by Armando Hasudungan. He draws visuals as he talks which helped me. There’s an immunology playlist on his YouTube channel.

Also there’s a little textbook called How the Immune System Works by Sompayrac that explains things pretty well in a conversational manner with minimal complicated jargon and uses good analogies. I’m getting old so not sure if it’s still in print or not but I found it helpful as a student.
