I'm not so sure about what immuno book to get, Parham, Roiit, Lippincott or Abbas?? I heard Roitt is the best, anyway I want to know how these books work for you guys.

I used Basic Immunology (Abbas) because it's concise and, for me, was easier to get through.

Well, I'm using Lippincotts, and barring the few chapters in the middle, it's quite a good book! But it is quite detailed so I'm not sure if you're looking for that sort of a book or one that's simple and concise.

I used Kuby's Immunology in undergrad, med school uses the same book. I dunno how good it ranks for board review though.
