Can anyone suggest good implant CEs that they have taken that provided some practical knowledge that didn't cost an arm and a leg?
Are you looking for single tooth replacement, removable prosthetics, all on X's, or any particular systems?
Are you looking to do grafting, ridge splits, horizontal/vertical augmentation, or any other adjunct procedures?
Also, are you looking for surgical and/or restorative aspects of implants?
These are questions you should ask yourself when looking for an implant CE course. Once you're figured out what you're looking to learn in a course, the next part is to determine how much hands on do you need? More hands on, more expensive.
If you're the type that can watch a youtube video or work on models and execute the procedure the next day, then you don't need a hands on course. If you need or want to have hands on experience and want volumes of that experience (crash course), then you may want to look at a program outside of the country where you can learn to place implants with minimal consequence.
