Hi,
I am from India and I want to which is the best implant course available in the US. Are the AAID Maxicourses good?? I heard there is a 1 yr fellowship course in california implant institute.

I don't think a Maxicourse would benefit me much. The Georgia maxicourse costs 14,500 and they teach off the Misch book. No hands on surgery. Just buy the Misch book for 200 and read it cover to cover. Then go to a live surgery course ranging from 8,500-14,500. There's nothing that beats hands on surgery. Sam Lee's course is good, the Triton Q-implant marathon has good reviews, BioBlueSky offers a course that looks good as well.
