Importance of leadership positions in multiple clubs?

I currently hold the President role of a club that I've been apart of for 3 years. I held the VP role after a year of involvement and then transitioned into the president role. This is a church club that I'm very passionate about but I'm wondering if I should pursue leadership roles in different clubs for variety on my resume?

What is more important is what your clubs accomplished under your leadership, instead of how many leadership roles you have.
