Hi everyone,
I wanted some advice regarding my LORs. I am an IMG and will be applying to a competitive field. What do you guys suggest I do:

Option 1:
Apply with all US LORs

Option 2:
Apply with 3 US LORs and 1 LOR from med school

How could you apply with no LOR's from your own medical school?

Isn't it generally suggested that international LoR's aren't particularly useful?

All US LOR's, unless the international one is very special / important in some way -- the LOR writer is famous, supervised a big research project with you, etc.
