How can I improve my application after my secondary? I was wondering if I could send adcoms a letter of what I have been doing since the application anything else?

If your application has been "completed" for a while, you definitely can send schools you're still interested in letter of interests/update letters. Many people combine their interest in the school along with current activities they're involved in all together in 1. However, some school don't accept update letters pre-interview. Therefore, make sure you call or email the admissions office before you spend a long time crafting those letters.
