i was wondering about those that took the mcat more than once, what progression of final scores did you get on each official test?

i studied about 250 hrs for my first test and got a 30. for those of you who did better than your first time, did you put in more hours than the first time? so i would essentially have to put in like 300 hours to get a better score? or did you guys just do about 200 additional hours and got a better score?

its been about 1.5 yrs since i last took the mcat so i'm thinking i need to study like 300 hours this time, but its been painful....

hopefully i improve by at least 4 pts...

Hours don't matter. What matters is WHAT you're studying and HOW you're studying.

I think you spent too much time counting the hours you're studying instead of studying the book. You should party more, I know it helped me make my 39. I was wasted about 6 days of the final two weeks leading up to the MCAT. IT WAS AWESOME!
