Not at all. July is still considered early. As long as you get everything in by August your application would still be in the initial round of applications.
Just FYI - there are students who apply later than August and still receive multiple interviews. Applying early just increases your odds of getting more interviews.

I submitted my application on July 18th(ish) and still received plenty of interviews and acceptances.
Just make sure you get it in by the first week or two of August and you'll still be considered "early."
