In a dilemma help!

Hi guys,

I am in a bit of a dilemma could you guys help me clear it up:

Okay so, I just finished high school in Australia with an ATAR of 91.35. I have 2 options available to me.

1. I can study pre-med course here and go on to apply for a medical course after 3 years.

2.I can go overseas to India and study MBBS at Kastruba Medical College as my parents are willing to pay.

I dont know what to do guys. Do you think its better to study in australia or study overseas an d come back to australia to work as a doctor? Please provide any insight you may have. greatly appreciated.
