does anyone know ???????????? i heard my friends talkin about 43-47 i make 40 i wanna make more ????? my DM said i had no experience thats why i get 40 any clues?

what ur dm says may be partially true, how much experience do u have as a tech? but I've heard it's all about bargaining with the dm who hires u, Rite Aid pays low 40's at least but 47 in NJ is most likely not attainable unless it's in some crack infested area which has hold ups....
