I also have read a news story (which I can't find now, it was on the Wii news channel) that the system in CA will revert to the zero tolerance policy of the 1980s in which a physician can have his/her license taken away if found to be impaired.

No joke. I just turned off the Wii news channel and sat down to read SDN. Not a lie. Well, did a quick home run derby and then sat down..but still....
