PDs/APDs are not allowed to share ITE scores with anybody inside or outside your institution. So the answer is no.
Does it mean that your ITEs don't matter? no. Aside from them being a self-assessment tool and a way to know what to focus on for the boards, if you perform very poorly on your ITEs it will be reflected in some form or shape in your letters of recommendations.
