In state based schools

My gpa is low around 3.00 and im applying to the schools listed below,

Missouri
Illinois
Nova
SCO
Salus
Kentucky
University Incarnate World
MCPHS
Indiana

Im from Florida and from what I hear there are some schools that are more in-state based, like Nova and Texas. Does anyone know if the other schools listed are the same like Missouri, or Indiana? I guess what im trying to say is I want to narrow some school options down and if I dont have a chance at those then id rather not apply.
