Does anyone know (from calling or personal experience) the order in which the apps are reviewed?

I will have my app submitted but won't be complete until mid August (LOR + DAT). Does this mean that my app will be reviewed asap as soon as it's complete or will it be reviewed as if I "submitted" on August, and hence, it won't be reviewed 'til September, October, etc.

It will likely be reviewed as if it was sent in August.

This is because the adcoms typically to not look at applications that are incomplete, from what I hear (especially if you're missing your DAT scores).
