in vivo but not in humans term

is there a term for studies in experimental animal models? I mean it is not in vitro, it is in vivo, but is there a term to distinguish it from in vivo in humans? or any way?

still In vivo. In vivo isnt specific to humans

the only other thing i could think of would be ex vivo used in microbiology but not animal models. Animal models would be same as humans.
