INBDE- Is this a requirement for old heads looking to apply to specialty programs now?

I took my NBDE parts I and II years before this INBDE thing was introduced. You can probably see what specialty I am interested in by my username. I just started looking at admissions requirements listed on ADEA PASS, and some of the programs I am interested in list INBDE as one of the requirements.

Do you happen to know if "older" people who took the old NBDE parts I and II now have to take the INBDE in order to even apply?
