Include desire for combined degree in secondary essay?

I plan to pursue another degree (MPH) with my MD? Is that info appropriate for the secondary essay questions of "Why do you want to go to X school?" or "Why do you want to become a doctor?" I mean I would like to practice medicine then move into the public sector, but I do not want it to seem like I am using med school as a stepping stone...

It would be an appropriate addition to the secondary.

If you're applying to any of the Case tracks, yes, I would definitely mention it. Case has a very good MPH program, and a few students in my track are doing a combined MD/MPH.
