Include ISEF research from highschool in app?

Hey I was wondering if I could include research that I did in high school - that went all the way to the international level (ISEF) in my med school app? I know it's from high school, but it was a very solid project that I completely independently - won many awards, etc, that rivals some of the undergrad projs I see now in labs at my undergrad school. So is it okay to put it in?
