So shortly before I realized that vet school was my true calling- I briefly thought that I wanted to go to law school. I took the LSAT and did pretty well on it. It never occurred to me to included it on VMCAS but I was going over my application and noticed the "other tests" section. Since I did well on it, would there be any advantage to including it (the score and the percentile, to give it some meaning) or would that be completely extraneous and/or obnoxious?

Do you plan on talking about your previous career path anywhere in your application? It may be brought up in your interview if they see the LSAT score so just be prepared with an explanation of why you're certain vet med is for you now.
