What is the most important activity you do in your business outside of filling prescriptions?

There is some micromanaging from the boss who is also the owner since he will work next to you every day. Mostly I just verify, not much else.

However it is no where nearly as burdening as metrics from non pharmacist coporate overlords.

No work place is perfect but independents sure beat chains in workplace satisfaction.
