How would you rank these? Seems like Houston and Indiana have best clinical exposure. Kentucky has better didactics and a supportive atmosphere, but the worst location. Are Indiana residents happy? I feel like I don't hear much about it.

More often than not, last minute changes are going to cause you headaches down the line. You should think back at what you liked while interviewing and what your gut says and stick with it. 
 
Direct quote from an email from my school's deans office: "Experience has shown that applicants entering or making changes to their lists at the last minute, particularly in the last six hours before the deadline, inevitably regret those changes because they are based upon impulse, not well thought out, and usually ill advised."
