Indiana University 2007 rejection???

i just received a letter of rejection from Indiana University. It reads....


"Your application for admission to the 2007 entering clas of Indiana University School of Medicine has been carefully reviewed. I regret to inform you..." and it goes on.

I'm not too surprised or upset. I'm OOS, but the interesting thing is, I'm applying this cycle. Do you think they forgot to update this letter for the entering class of 2008??

Call the admissions office and ask. With your stats, I find it really hard to believe that you wouldn't be offerred a secondary. Since you are so early in the application cycle, it is entirely possible that they made a mistake. Good luck!

Is Indiana the one that only offers secondaries to students they will interview?

yeah they usually only offer to those they will interview and you have to have some ties to the state.
