Hey guess what, I interviewed really early at IU. I believe it was November. And to this day, no word from them. Not even a rejection, waitlist, or acceptance...
I applied to IU as early as possible. I interviewed in September 12 and my interviewer basically told me I was in. I got my acceptance letter today - March 19. They are a little slow.
I have heard (from an associate dean) that they meet every month around the 10th and look at the files on top of the stack first. The stack is arranged according to a sum of your MCAT, GPA, and interview scores.
