I'm filling out a secondary right now, and what of the questions they ask is to indicate undergraduate specialization. They ask this below "What is your major?" question.

Are they asking about a minor?

Best to call of course, but if I had to guess, they may be asking for your concentration. For example, someone can major in biology bit have a concentration in molecular biology. Someone else could also major in biology and have a concentration in ecology.

Again, call the school.
