what if someone submits med school application and they apply for job and get job starting September and in fall so how do they indicate that on applications after submitting in June and etc?
You can send an update letter, but that update must be substantial. A new job is generally not a substantial change. This is why people always say "do not apply until you are at your strongest point" because future endeavors don't count.
80% of my secondaries asked what I will be doing between application time until matriculation. You can put it there. The remaining 20% asked “is there anything else not reflected elsewhere in your application?” so you could put it there instead.
I accepted a job in April that started in September and that’s what I did. It worked out for me. Hope this helps!

You can put expected future hours on an application. However, generally these are soft numbers, and mean little to an admissions committee. You could easily drop the whole project after submitting your app.
