any one here have any experience with locum tenens?
know of any recommended companies?

several residents in my program worked at the same hospital moonlighting in GA for ECI. We all had a good experience and they took good care of us.

Wherever you go be careful about your insurance...make sure if it's claims made (almost no one offers occurance anymore) that they will cover the tail you'll need when you leave.
