I am part of the Physical Therapy Club at my college and at one of our meetings we will be talking about the different types of PT settings. I am in charged of talking about 3 settings.
Which are:
1.) Skilled Nursing Facilities
2.) Home Health
3.) Hospice
We have to talk about the basics of each settings and what makes it different from the others. (For instance, SNF is a setting you are constantly interacting with other health care workers as opposed to home health where it is just you and the patient. Also, at SNF patients are usually sent from a stay at the hospital.) Basic information.
If you know of a good website, book, or anything that talks about these settings it would greatly appreciate it if you passed it on. I have been looking online and at youtube videos but I feel like they don't give me enough information.
