What is the market like in terms of ownership of chemotherapy infusion centers, especially in big cities?

Is it dominated, like in nephro, by a few big players like DaVita, or more small, physician owned groups?

What type of salary increase could a med onc expect if able to make partner in a good group that owns their own center?
