You would expect to see no gender bias if it was autosomal. In other words, the split should be about 50:50 each way. From the graph, one could say a lot of things about the gender ratio but equal is not one of them. You should be wary of cut-and-dry answers. The new MCAT is very data-driven and in science, cut-and-dry answers are rarely obtained. The data will inevitably have some noise in it and the key skill is to be able to get at the main information the data is telling you, on top of the noise.
Also, the new MCAT does not test pedigree analysis.
