freaking out a little bit and hoping to get some feedback. I'm 80% done my UWorld 1st pass and averaging 53% (started at 35% and 60% on the last 10 blocks). I've read 30% of 1st aid and gone through 25% of pathoma. Taking the exam in 6 weeks and when it's all said and done I'm planning on getting through UWorld twice, FirstAid three times and pathoma three times. What are your thoughts about this? And would you be optimistic at this point? Thanks in advance!

I would not decide to take the test without NBME. Uwolrd and NBME have a different approach. Take NBME and you'll see your weakest points and then you'll decide if you're ready to take the test.
Your plan sounds like overkill but if it works for you that's fine. Just take NBME first - you'll know where you at and also you will be able to track your progress.

The biggest disconnect i see here is the number of times you plan on getting through UWorld and FA and the amount of headway you've made so far. are you reviewing First Aid/Pathoma and then doing UWORLD questions on the subject? It seems your UWORLD percentage is trending upwards which is good, the quesiton becomes do you have a realistic plan of getting to your stated goals in 6 weeks.
