Hi,
I would like to ask, I will be applying in the the next cycle, and I have 4 LoR from psychiatrist, and 1 from My research mentor Who is PhD, I will be applying for psychiatry.
Is it acceptable to apply with my research LoR, I’m working as CRA for 3 months, and we have multiple projects.
Another thing my LoRs from psychiatrist they are dated with 2018, is it ok to use or ask them to update the day?

I wouldn't bother with the research letter. If you had been doing that for 3 years, then yes. 3 months, no.

Yes, your LORs should have current dates.
