Instate requirements for Louisville?

Does anyone know they requirements for instate stats for louisville. Also if you start out as an in state student will they grant you instate status after 2nd year?

You can never gain in-state status at Louisville. If you are out of state, they make you sign a paper that you will pay out-of state tuition all four years, even if the state of Kentucky grants you residency.

This is very true and they are adamant about it. Out of State pays a ridiculous amount more than in state and tuition is expected to steadily increase.

I think someone read the student manual, though, and said that there is a loophole there if you marry a KY resident that you could possibly apply for KY tuition the next year. If this were true... then happy hunting.

They told us to expect close to 300K for out of state, if we enter this year.
