Hey guys and thanks for taking the time to read my question.

I was wondering what I will need to do for the Institutions Attended Tab with this upcoming 2015-2016 cycle.

The county I am in has a college which heads multiple colleges within it called Maricopa Community College. I took a majority of my classes at Chander-Gilbert CC, and some at Mesa CC and some at Rio Salado CC. When I send out my transcript any institution I have attended within the Maricopa Community Colleges will be on that transcript, with courses I have taken at that specific college.

My question is: Do I list my college as Maricopa Community College and list my time spent there as a whole? Or, would I have to break up each institution I have been to within the college and the time I have spent there?

After attending community college, I transferred to my state university. But, since graduating I went back to the community college to take some extra courses. Will anything happen to my application if I list my dates from 2009 - 2015 Community College first and 2012-2014 for my State University second due to the overlapping years?

Thanks again for the help! Best of luck to you guys this cycle.

I would ask this question on the PTCAS facebook page, or call PTCAS. They're pretty fast at responding.
When you list your institutions, you actually list all your courses by semester, so the schools will know that you didn't take courses at both schools at the same time. They know what courses you took, when you took them, and where you took them.

Asking is the best option, like Kuhdaytee said. How do the community colleges work transcript wise? With me, I took some classes at different campuses of the same community college. PTCAS offered the campuses as different options, but the transcripts from the school treat them as all one school so I did too. It didn't cause me any problem. The way you listed dates is how I listed mine as well and nobody ever had a problem.
